How long do I have access to a course?
You get lifetime access to the course content, including future updates. If we add new lessons or improve existing modules, they’ll appear in your library automatically.
Do you offer certificates?
Yes. After completing the core assessments for a course, you can download a completion certificate from your dashboard. Certificates include your name, course title, and completion date.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you’ve completed less than 20% of the course. To request a refund, submit your question and include the purchase email.
Are there discounts?
Bundle savings apply automatically at checkout. We also run seasonal promos—if you’re on our newsletter, you’ll receive early access codes.
Do I need special gear?
Basic hand tools are enough for most courses: gloves, trowel, pruners, watering can, and a small notebook. If anything specialized is required, it’s listed before you start a module.
